These Terms cover purchases from and use of zolmbnira.shop, operated as zolmbnira by Block, Inc. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
Using the website
You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or appropriate authorization to act for the purchaser.
Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping details. Protect any account credentials and report suspected unauthorized activity.
Fraud, unlawful conduct, infringement, malicious software, and unauthorized access are prohibited.
Purchases and product information
We take reasonable care to maintain accurate descriptions, prices, and availability. Screen differences do not excuse goods that fail to match their description.
Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges submission; acceptance occurs when dispatch is confirmed unless we expressly accept earlier.
If a material error or availability issue affects an order, we will explain the options. We will not increase the agreed price or substitute products without consent. Payments for orders we cannot fulfill will be promptly refunded.
Checkout charges
The currency and total payable are shown before payment.
Orders with merchandise subtotals greater than US$30 after discounts receive free standard shipping. Shipping for US$30 or less is displayed at checkout. Any corresponding threshold in another currency will be disclosed before purchase.
Applicable sales taxes, VAT, import duties, and necessary customs clearance charges are included in the disclosed total or paid by us. Customers do not bear additional tax or import charges beyond that amount.
Contact us about unexpected carrier charges so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.
Fulfillment commitments
Paid orders normally dispatch within 2–3 business days. Estimated transit is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are disclosed before purchase, with agreement to extended delivery periods where required. If dispatch is delayed, we will explain revised timing, cancellation, and refund options and obtain further consent when legally necessary.
Returns and customer rights
Our voluntary service permits free return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery. Refunds usually appear within 3–7 business days after issuance, subject to payment provider processing and mandatory deadlines.
Mandatory rights relating to cancellation, defective goods, inaccurate descriptions, and other consumer protections remain unaffected.
Content and external services
Website materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Personal shopping and other legally permitted uses are allowed. Uses requiring permission must be authorized by the relevant rights holder.
External services may have their own terms. Their involvement does not remove our seller obligations.
Liability and disputes
Liability limitations apply only where lawful. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
California law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. This provision does not remove access to courts available under applicable consumer law.

Changes and seller details
Updates apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter accepted purchase contracts unless legally required or expressly agreed.
